Program Levels

Leadership Business Support Program
Business Owners who want to make rapid improvement in the growth and stability of the business choose the Leadership BSP to gain the maximum support and tools to support growth. This program involves 3 – 4 meetings per month face-to-face with your advisor and significant follow up with your team members to enable their growth and development. In this scenario we will assist you as you recruit new team members as required to achieve your growth. Full recruiting effort is available at an additional cost. This program is focused on the growth of the skills of the whole management team to meet your company’s goals.

At this level we are often assisting in the development of a strategic plan for the business, identifying key capabilities or resources that may be needed to achieve that strategic plan, and working with you to develop those. This level includes unlimited phone consultation.

Standard Business Support Program
Business Owners who are looking to achieve more measured growth can find support through our Standard Business Support Program. This program involves 2 meetings per month face-to-face with your advisor, along with some follow up with your team members to enable their growth and development. Recruiting and strategic planning are available when needed at an additional cost. This level includes unlimited phone consultation.

Coaching Business Support Program
Business Owners who are not experiencing manageable growth, or are looking to see growth return to their businesses can find support through a coaching relationship. In Coaching you will meet with your advisor face-to-face twice a month and by phone up to twice a month. These meetings are to review priorities, tactics and challenges that you are facing. The advisor will provide tools, advice and support to enable you to reach your goals. This program is more focused on your performance as an individual leader. This program provides limited ad hoc phone support.

 

All three programs are fully customized to the needs of your specific business and all activities are under the control and direction of the business owner.
